2016 has been a whirlwind of a year, but it has also been a year of discovering amazing things! This year I've decided to do my favourites a bit differently. Rather than listing all of the things that I have been loving I have decided to document 1 favourite in each category that I am going to list below. I thought that if I did it this way, rather than doing it in a massive post, you guys would be able to see the true gems that I have discovered and that you can try yourself!

Makeup Favourite

When choosing my makeup favourite I was really struggling as there were so many products that I had absolutely loved over the year. However, I have owned the Urban Decay One and Done Hybrid Complexion Perfecter since May and since then I have used it almost everyday! Although it only has a light/sheer coverage, it give your skin a really healthy glow and leaves your skin looking like skin rather than just a mask of foundation!

Skincare Favourite

Now choosing my skincare favourite was simple as there was not any other product that stood out as much as this. This is the Body Shop Seaweed Mattifying Day Cream and it's amazing. Before purchasing this I used to borrow my mum's Liz Earl moisturizer - for dry skin - which as you can imagine didn't really work for me and was just making me really shiny. So, after taking a really quick skin analyzing quiz on the Body Shop website, I came across this product that had amazing reviews and was supposed to be great for people wiht combination skin. Now 9 months down the line I can truly say that it was an amazing investment and has really helped my skin more than any high end moisturizer that I have tried!

Fashion Favourite

From 2016 my fashion favourite has to be my Miss Selfridge Leather Jacket. Now this jacket is a relatively new purchase but one that I love! I love how versatile it is and how it can instantly change any outfit. I ahve wron it with dresses, gym clothes, jeans, hoodies, the list is endless! I was looking for the right leather jacket for ages but I feel like this one will definitely be a keeper!

Other Favourite

Now my last favourite has definitely got to be my trip to Disney World! It was absolutely amazing and it truly is the most magical place on earth! I went to Orlando in June for a gymnastics competition and thought that Disney would bbe a good place to go in between and it really was! 7 months later I am still havig withdrawels :( So if you are considering going I say go for it!
